Bujinkan Martial Art Club

We are a student organization representing the Bujinkan Yamaneko Dojo, We teach Budo Taijutsu on the campus of the University of Arizona under the direction of Shihan(master instructor) Jeffrey Prather. The Bujinkan Yamaneko Dojo is a branch of the International Bujinkan Dojo under soke (grandmaster) Maasaki Hatsumi.

Bujinkan Budo Taijutsu is a Japanese martial art. It encompasses philosophy as well as physical technique. We believe that a martial art, which becomes a part of your life as you study it, should be a way to improve your life and the lives of the people around you. It is not just about the physical aspects of fighting and killing; it is not even primarily about those things. It is about living.
