About the Investments Club:
The Investments Club is a student organization that facilitates an environment where students can develop a better understanding of investment strategies while interacting with professionals in the investment community. The student organization meets bi-weekly and is comprised of 56 active members. Traditionally the club's speakers are professionals from the investment community in Southern Arizona. Speakers at each club meetings discuss various topics that include: Current Market Conditions, Market Forecasts, Investing Strategies, Investment Analysis, Career Advice and Guidance.

The club has participated in events such as the Junior Achievement Stock Market Challenge and the Las Vegas Traders Expo in previous years. This coming year the Investments Club is planning on sending club members to the RISE (Redefining Investment Strategy Education) Global Student Investment Forum at the University of Dayton in Dayton, Ohio as well as the Las Vegas Traders Expo, and the Junior Achievement Stock Market Challenge. In addition to providing students with the opportunity to attend off-campus events, the Investments Club is looking to provide Eller students with access to career opportunities in the investment industry.

The Investment Club will be participating in the event for the 4th straight year. In previous years the Investments Club has won 1st Place, 2nd and 4th Place.
