Top Five in the Country
| Congratulations to the Cats who finished 5th at Nationals this past weekend. The men knocked off a very potent Miami of Ohio team, in order to face defending champion Cal Poly in the second round. The Cats struggled on offense, but held the Mustangs to just 6 goals as they fell 6-2. The men rebounded to handily beat Georgia Tech 13-8 in order to advance to the 5th place game against 6th ranked UW. In a rematch of their contest earlier this year, the Wildcats dominated the Huskies on their way to finishing 5th in the nation in their return to the National Tournament. The loss to Cal Poly seems easier to bear as they went on to win the tournament and repeat as National Champions. See the full results here.
