-The T-shirts are in! The price is $7.50, they will be available at the meetings, or contact me, and we can make arrangements. On the back of the shirt is the slogan "My superior endurance will allow me to continue hiking indefinitely" and if you would like to check out the front design, go to:

Fairly hot weekend in general, here's what happened...

-Erich went up to the Dragoon Mountains, and saw a small rattlesnake.

-Wolfgang went on Saturday to the Prison Camp Trailhead (Catalinas) to the Arizona Trail, and also saw a rattlesnake. Sunday, he went to the Desert Museum again, and said the Cats exhibit was excellent because they were not hiding. The birds exhibit was also nice.

-Mike went to Agua Caliente, and did a fairly short hike. Lots of new houses visible in the area : (

-Robbie hiked just below the Tortolitas (private property, oops!), there was lots of wildlife, and his old camera still works. He also saw a couple rattlesnakes "wrestling". Lots of the bovine type critters too.

-Joe hiked around the Tidal Basin while in Washington DC.

-Robbie's Sedona hike is this weekend. Leave Saturday 9 am Park Student Union. Featured hikes include the A.B. Young/Coyote Trail, Red Rock State Park, and other stuff in the area. Rated B. 888-8258 or robbie@u.arizona.edu

-Joe has a 4-5 day trip to Moab Utah/Grand Gulch area planned. Start date May 22-?? more details to come or contact jleisz@ag.arizona.edu or 621-9783

-Hanna is planning a house(apartment?)warming / "yayI'mgettingoutofthedorm" / end of school / 21st birthday party on May 30 (Memorial Day eve). Everyone is invited, more info TBA. Start time probably 8-9 pm. *pool too?*
