Congratulations on the newly elected cabinet for the 2003-2004 school year!! Our new officers are:

Congratulations to everyone who attended Master and Mrs. Lee's Regional Tournament in October. This was the first tournament experience for many of our newest members, and we hope the experience was a great one for them!

  • Ms. Perry placed 2nd in Forms, 3rd in Sparring, and 1st in Weapons
  • Ms. Adriano placed 1st in Forms
  • Ms. Dixon placed 3rd in Weapons
  • Ms. Devoucoux placed 1st in Forms
  • Diana placed 1st in Forms and 2nd in One-steps
  • Jobeth placed 1st in One-steps and 3rd in Forms
  • Jason placed 2nd in Forms and 1st in One-steps
  • Brian placed 1st in Forms and 2nd in One-steps

Congratulations to everyone who attended Mr. Keene's Regional Tournament in August. The Tournament was dedicated to Master Babin, with his former instructor Mr. Veeder appearing as the special guest. This tournament featured all of the past and present Head Instructors for the UA club since its inception in 1976, and we are proud to have captured the moment with a picture of all of the Intructors and current UA club members.

  • Mr. Feiles won a Regional Appreciation Award for his hard work as the Regional Cheif of Tournaments
  • Ms. Perry placed 1st in Sparring, 2nd in Weapons, and 3rd in Forms
  • Ms. Adriano placed 2nd in Sparring
  • Amanda Willis placed 1st in Forms and 3rd in Sparring
  • Kristen Devoucoux placed 2nd in Forms and 2nd in Sparring

Congratulations to all who attended ATA World Championship on the 14th, 15th, and 16th of June in Little Rock, AK. The club sent four UA students to this tournament, and we returned with five trophies and two medals!

  • Ms. Perry competed in the Top Ten Competition for both Forms and Sparring and won World Champion in Sparring!!!
  • Ms. Adriano competed in the Top Ten Competition for Forms and placed second after a three-way tie-breaker!
  • Amanda Willis placed 3rd in Forms and 3rd in Sparring
  • Kristen Devoucoux placed 1st in Forms, 1st in Sparring, and 2nd in weapons with her jahng-bahng
  • Former club member Stuart Cunningham successfully tested for his third degree and competed in the Top Ten Competition for Forms
