This form is for prospective College Buddies, Community Buddies, and Associate Buddies. It must be completed and returned to a club officer at the beginning of the school year. This form gives us your contact information and allows you to attend our events.

COLLEGE MATCHING SURVEY

This form is for prospective College Buddies only. This form must be completed and returned along with the membership application to a club officer before your interview and the matching process. This form enables us to make matches based on compatibility and shared interests.

BUDDY PROFILE

This form is for prospective Community Buddies only. This form must be completed and returned along with the membership application to a club officer before you can be matched. This form enables us to make matches based on compatibility and shared interests.

FRIENDSHIP UPDATE

This form is for current College Buddies. It must be completed and emailed to our Membership Coordinator, Emily Orologio by midnight of the 10th of each month. This form enables us to track the progress of your match and to help you with any problems you might be encountering. These forms are then sent to our state program manager and then to the international Best Buddies offices in Miami, Florida, where they are used to assess the program as a whole and apply for grants.

OFFICER APPLICATION

This form is for College Buddies who are interested in becoming an officer. All prospective officers are interviewed and selected by the acting College Buddy Director at the end of the spring or beginning of the fall semesters. All officer positions have been filled for the 2007-2008 school year.
