Since the Icers are a club team, we
receive minimal funding from the UofA.
Thus, we rely on fundraising and sponsorships to pay for the many
expenses of hockey. Whenever we don't make enough money to pay for
ice time, travel expenses, etc., each player must pay the cost out
of pocket.
