Q: I missed the first (orientation) meeting on
Thursday, February 12th at 6:30PM and I want to know what I
missed. How can I obtain the information?
A:
You can meet me in my office hours (Thursdays
4:30pm-6:00pm), we can schedule another time to meet, or if
we can't meet because we can't find a time, I can tell you over email
bpsichi@yahoo.com.
Q: What do I need to include in the application?
A:
You need to include ALL of the following

-
Your SAPR with your NAME AND SID
PRINTED ON IT-- (I could not stress this enough and still people did
not print their name on it. It is important to have their name and

because they could simply turn in their friend's SAPR who has a
beautiful GPA and claim it's them)

BOTH copies of the Registration Card
filled out and signed

I am a transfer student from name
of school and I want to join Psi Chi at the UA. How can I go about
that?
A:

If you were previously a
member at another university's chapter: You need to fill out
a "Transfer of Chapters" form (don't forget to attach it; it can be
found on the Psi Chi National
psichi.org) and turn it into the Psi Chi mailbox in the
Psychology Advising Office (room 312) with a check made out for $40
for chapter dues and also a check with the corresponding items that
you want renewed.
-
If you were NOT a previous
member at another university's chapter: You need to have
established at least a semester of credit at the UA. All of the
minimum 9 Psychology credits must be from the UA (no transfer credit
is allowed to count for the Psychology or any credit) in order to
apply for Psi Chi. After that is achieved and you reach all of the
