Application

Applications are NOW available in the Psychology Advising Office (Psychology room 312)!

The orientation will be held on February 12th at 6:30PM in Modern Languages 410. Because of this change, your applications will be due by February 9th by 4:00PM. This extension should help out and a reminder, you must turn in your SAPR with your application. It IS PART of the application and you will not be accepted as a pledge if you do not turn in a SAPR. If you want to become a pledge and turned in your application and are unable to make the meeting, email me (bpsichi@yahoo.com) and we can work out a time to meet.

Include the following items in your application:

1. The official Membership Application filled out and signed (this also includes the Chapter Member Survey).

2. Your SAPR that has your name printed on it (not hand-written) and is the printable version (it is a page rather than multiple pages).

3. Both membership cards filled out and signed.

If all of these things are not included, we cannot review your application SO BE SURE to include at least all of those items.

There will be an orientation meeting on February 12th at 6:30PM in Modern Languages 410. I will inform all of you where this location will be as soon as possible. Please plan on attending the orientation meeting to meet all of the Psi Chi officers, see what will be on the schedule of events, and learn about the requirements to become an active member.
