Muralcles members
(active and inactive) may request a letter of volunteer service at any
time.
This letter will
include:
- Your current membership status (active or inactive).
- Your total number of hours volunteered through Muralcles.
- The dates and locations of the events you attended as well as a brief
description of what each event entailed.
- A signature from our President or
Vice President.
Requesting Your Letter
To request a letter of reference, send an email one week in advance
of when you need your letter to our President, Allysa Kehring, at
akehring@email.arizona.edu.
Please contain the following in your email:
- Your full name.
- Who the letter should be addressed to.
- The dates and locations of the volunteer times that you would like to
appear in your letter.
- State if you would like this letter to be mailed to you (include home
address) or if you would like to pick up your letter at our next general
meeting.
